“The petroglyphs told the story of an unusual event,” Sir Malcolm said as he pointed to the screen behind the podium. “What we have here is a story that our investigative team worked on for years.”
A hush fell over the audience as everyone waited to receive this long-awaited news.
“We finally have broken the code.” Rapt ears listened to what could be the story of a great epic of the hero who went off to save the world. “After years of study and a great amount of money, we found what happens to be the first ever recorded excuse for being late for dinner.”
And the audience went “Mo-o-o-a-a-a-n!” 🙂
